• Physical Goods: Educational books, bulk stationary, and customized physical artwork (pencil sketches) shipped via courier services across India.
• Digital Goods: Downloadable PDF files, including official government recruitment forms, IGNOU solved assignments, and digital previous year question (PYQ) compilations.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or service at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property. All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws of India.

Specifically regarding Digital Goods: The IGNOU assignments and PYQ compilations provided are for personal educational use only. You are strictly prohibited from reselling, redistributing, or publishing these digital files on other platforms, Telegram groups, or websites. Doing so will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

4. User Registration and Security

You may be required to register with the Site to access certain features, including purchasing products. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

5. Purchases and Payment Policy

We accept payments through Razorpay, which supports UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and Net Banking. By submitting payment information, you authorize us (and our third-party payment processors) to charge the applicable payment method at our convenience but within thirty (30) days of credit card authorization.

All pricing is listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and includes applicable GST unless explicitly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment. We also reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site.

6. Order Fulfillment and Delivery

6.1 Physical Products

Physical books and sketches are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. Delivery times rely on our courier partners (e.g., India Post, DTDC) and generally take 3-7 days depending on your location. Delays caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.) are outside our liability.

6.2 Digital Products

Upon successful payment validation, digital products are delivered instantly via a direct download link on the success page and a backup link sent to your registered email. It is your responsibility to ensure your email address is correct and that you have appropriate software (like Adobe Acrobat) to view PDF files.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Systematically retrieving data or other content from the Site to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
