- Residence proof, Aadhaar Card & PAN Card copies
- Employment exchange registration certificate (if any)
- Ex-Serviceman/Disability certificate (if applicable)
- OBC Declaration letter (if OBC)
- NOC from employer (if currently in Central Govt. service)
Important Instructions
- Apply for only ONE post. Multiple applications from one candidate will be rejected.
- Call letters will be sent only via Email — ensure your active email ID is filled in.
- No TA/DA will be given for interview/exam travel.
- Do not make any cutting or overwriting in the form.
- Aadhaar cards made before age 10 are not acceptable — use an updated Aadhaar.
- Admit Card (Duplicate) must be sent in two copies on separate pages.
