District Level Merit

Educational Qualification

12th Pass (10+2 Senior Secondary) from any recognized board.

Age Limit (As on 31 Dec 2026)

Minimum 17 Years to Maximum 34 Years.

Age relaxation applicable for reserved categories as per Rajasthan Govt rules.

Special reservation is available for working women in the health sector:

5% reservation for 12th pass workers with 5 years of experience.

Reserved quota for 12th pass ASHA workers with 5 years of experience.

Fill all details clearly by hand.
Attach self-attested copies of 10th & 12th marksheets, caste certificate, etc.
Attach a ₹20 Postal Order in the name of the concerned CMHO (Free for SC/ST).
Send via Registered Post, Speed Post, or in-person to the CMHO office of the district you are applying for.
Do not send the form to Directorate, Jaipur. It will be rejected.

Important Instructions

The application form must reach the respective CMHO office on or before 07 Sep 2026.
Selected candidates will be called for document verification / counseling at the district level.
Counseling will be held from 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM by the respective CMHO.
Pregnant candidates at the time of selection will be given a chance in the next batch without reapplying.
